I recreated the M16 body as I have just finished a plastic scope kit that is the same as ingame too.

Increased fire rate to actually be around 880-900 rpm. (Optional) So you have a sub-machine gun/rifle to go with your new pistol.
Any attachments have a very minimal effect on muzzle velocity. The Fabrique Nationale P90c was just coming into use at the time of the war. In skyrim, you would use COC riverwood, or coc whiterun to go to those locations.
